Road closures: four for Enfield drivers this week

Drivers in and around Enfield will have four National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

Drivers in and around Enfield will have four National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And three of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with motorists facing waits of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that four closures are due to start this week:

M25, from 10pm December 5 to 6am December 17, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 24 to junction 25, entry slip road closure and lane closures for surfacing works. Diversion via National Highways roads.

M25, from 10pm December 5 to 5.30am December 7, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 25 to junction 26, Lane closures for CCTV Camera Installation works.

M25, from 10pm December 5 to 5.30am December 10, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 25, entry slip road closure for electrical works, diversion via National Highways roads.

M25, from 10pm December 12 to 5.30am December 14, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 25, entry slip road closure for electrical works, diversion via National Highways.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
