Road closures: five for Enfield drivers this week

And three of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with motorists facing holdups of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that five closures are due to start this week:

M25, from 10pm October 10 to 6am October 15, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 24 to junction 25, carriageway closure between the exit and entry slip road for concrete repairs, diversion via National Highways roads.

M25, from 10pm October 10 to 5.30am October 12, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 27 to junction 26, Lane closures for CCTV camera installation works.

M25, from 10pm October 11 to 5.30am October 13, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 25 to junction 24, Lane closures for CCTV installation.

M25, from 10pm October 17 to 5.30am October 18, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 25 to junction 26 lane one and entry slip closure, Lane and slip road closure, diversion via national highways network.

M25, from 10pm October 18 to 5.30am October 25, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 25, entry slip road closure for electrical works, diversion via National Highways roads.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
