Road closures: five for Enfield drivers this week

Drivers in and around Enfield will have five National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And three of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that five closures are due to start this week:

• M25, from 10pm April 19 to 5am April 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 24 to junction 25, Lane closure and exit slip road closure lane closure for, junction improvement scheme.

• A10, from 10pm April 19 to 5am April 22, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 25, North quadrant Roundabout closure for, junction improvement scheme, diversion via local authority network.

• A10, from 10pm April 22 to 5am April 25, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 26 to junction 25, lane closures, exit slip road and roundabout closures for, junction improvement works, diversion via National highways network and local authority roads.

• M25, from 10pm April 25 to 6am May 7, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 25 to junction 23, carriageway and slip road closures for surfacing works, diversion via local authority Network.

• M25, from 10pm April 28 to 5am April 29, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 25 to junction 24, Lane closures and entry slip road closure for speed camera maintenance.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
