Aspen Services Ltd, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Carterhatch Infant And Junior School, Carterhatch Lane, Enfield was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 19.
And Rice Garden, a takeaway at 33 Main Avenue, Enfield was given a score of one on July 19.
