Enfield Barista, a takeaway at 1 Genotin Road, Enfield was given the score after assessment on August 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Enfield's 240 takeaways with ratings, 80 (33%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
