Rocky Reef, a takeaway at Commercial Premises, 14 Bush Hill Parade, Village Road, Enfield was given the score after assessment on July 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Enfield's 229 takeaways with ratings, 77 (34%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
