Tasty Chicken & Pizza, a takeaway at 585 Hertford Road, Enfield was given the score after assessment on April 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Enfield's 257 takeaways with ratings, 97 (38%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
