Chaseville Fish & Chips, a takeaway at 12 Chaseville Parade, Chaseville Park Road, London was given the maximum score after assessment on September 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Enfield's 240 takeaways with ratings, 86 (36%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
