Enfield's motorists will have six road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And five of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with drivers facing holdups of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that six closures are due to start this week:

M25, from 10pm September 12 to 5.30am September 15, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 25, entry slip road closure for electrical works, diversion via National Highways roads.

M25, from 10pm September 15 to 6am September 17, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 25, entry slip road closure for electrical works, diversion via National Highways roads.

M25, from 10pm September 19 to 5.30am September 21, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 25, entry slip road closure for electrical works, diversion via National Highways roads.

A10, from 10pm September 21 to 5am September 24, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 25, exit slip road Lane closure and roundabout lane closure for Herts CC resurfacing scheme.

M25, from 10pm September 26 to 5.30am September 27, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 24 to junction 25, carriageway closure between the exit and entry slip road for concrete repairs, diversion via National Highways Roads (junction 25 exit slip and rejoin using, junction 25 entry).

M25, from 10pm September 26 to 5.30am September 27, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 26 to junction 25, carriageway closure between exit and entry slip road for concrete repairs, diversion via National Highways roads.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
