Enfield's motorists will have seven road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And three of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with drivers facing waits of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that seven closures are due to start this week:

A10, from 10pm May 16 to 5am May 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 25, exit slip road and roundabout lane closures for, junction improvement works.

M25, from 9pm May 23 to 6am May 28, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 25 to junction 24, Lane closures and exit slip road closure for sign installation works, diversion via National Highways network.

A10, from 10pm May 23 to 5am May 28, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 25, exit slip road Lane closure and roundabout lane closure for, junction improvement scheme.

M25, from 10pm May 23 to 5am May 27, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 24 to junction 25, Lane closure and exit slip road closure lane closure for, junction improvement scheme.

M25, from 10pm May 28 to 5am May 29, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 26 to junction 25, carriageway and entry slip road closure for electrical works, diversion via local authority network.

M25, from 9pm May 30 to 6am June 4, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 23 to junction 25, Lane closures and slip road closures for sign installation works, diversion via National Highways network.

M25, from 10pm May 30 to 5am May 31, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 25 to junction 24, Lane closures for Speed / Red X Camera maintenance.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
