Enfield's motorists will have seven road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

Enfield's motorists will have seven road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And two of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with drivers facing holdups of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that seven closures are due to start over the next two weeks:

M25, from 10pm September 26 to 5am September 27, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 25 to junction 26, Lane closure for CAT1 Safety Fence repairs.

M25, from 10pm September 27 to 5am September 28, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 25 to junction 23, Lane and slip road closures for Speed / Red X Camera maintenance, diversion via National Highways roads.

M25, from 10pm September 27 to 5am September 28, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 26 to junction 27, Lane closure for PRS survey works.

M25, from 11pm September 29 to 5am September 30, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 25 to junction 26, Lane closure for CAT1 safety fence repairs.

M25, from 10pm October 5 to 5am October 6, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 25 to junction 24, Lane closure for CAT1 message sign.

M25, from 9pm October 9 to 5am October 11, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 25 to junction 24, Lane closure for ERA Bay ecology works.

M25, from 10pm October 9 to 5.30am October 10, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 24 to junction 25, Lane and slip road closure for Midas survey works, diversion Via National Highways roads.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
