Enfield's motorists will have five road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

And four of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with drivers facing holdups of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that five closures are due to start this week:

M25, from 10pm April 25 to 6am May 7, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 25 to junction 23, carriageway and slip road closures for surfacing works, diversion via local authority Network.

A10, from 10pm April 25 to 5am April 29, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 25, South quadrant roundabout closure for, junction improvement works, diversion via Local authority roads.

M25, from 10pm April 28 to 5am April 29, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 25 to junction 24, Lane closures and entry slip road closure for speed camera maintenance.

M25, from 10pm May 9 to 5am May 12, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 25 to junction 24, Lane closure and entry slip road closure for sign installation works, diversion via National Highways network.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
