Valentin Cafe Grill, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 77 Bounces Road, London was given the score after assessment on January 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Enfield's 486 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 240 (49%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
