The Poppadom, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 73 Windmill Hill, Enfield was given the score after assessment on October 3, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Enfield's 480 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 244 (51%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
