Boliarka Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 572 Hertford Road, Edmonton was given the score after assessment on October 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Enfield's 482 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 244 (51%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
