57Main.co.uk, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 57 Main Avenue, Enfield was given the score after assessment on August 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Enfield's 480 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 246 (51%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
