Eley Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 9d Nobel Road, London was given the score after assessment on August 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Enfield's 477 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 240 (50%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
