Capital Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 271 Fore Street, London was given the score after assessment on July 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Enfield's 467 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 238 (51%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
