Mima's Place, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 9 Queen Annes Place, Enfield was given the score after assessment on May 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Enfield's 455 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 229 (50%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
