New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Ealing’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Pizza Piccolo, at 40 Pitshanger Lane, Ealing was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 17.

And Acton Grill, at 4 Crown Street, Acton was given a score of two on April 18.

It means that of Ealing's 738 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 332 (45%) have ratings of five and just 16 have zero ratings.
