Food hygiene ratings given to 11 Ealing establishments

A Food Standards Agency rating sticker on a window of a restaurant in central London. A huge variation in food hygiene standards remains across the UK, with one in five high or medium-risk food outlets failing to meet standards, according to a study.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to 11 of Ealing’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to seven restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Blank Street at 55 The Broadway, Ealing; rated on June 30

• Rated 5: L'Oro Di Napoli at 217 Uxbridge Road, Hanwell; rated on June 30

• Rated 5: Lamar Cafe at Unit D, 7 Wadsworth Road, Perivale; rated on June 29

• Rated 5: The Artists Way Cafe At Impact Community Arts Centre at Impact Theatre Company And Outreach Network, Ealing Central Sports Ground, Horsenden Lane South, Perivale; rated on June 29

• Rated 5: Tiramisu Cafe at 12 St Marys Road, Ealing; rated on June 23

• Rated 5: Costa Coffee at Ealing Hospital, Uxbridge Road, Southall, Ealing; rated on June 20

• Rated 3: Raunka Punjab Diyan at 464 - 466 Lady Margaret Road, Southall; rated on May 25
