New Shanghai Blues & Boston Pizza, a takeaway at 156 Boston Road, Hanwell, London was given the score after assessment on September 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Ealing's 264 takeaways with ratings, 125 (47%) have ratings of five and just five have zero ratings.
