Shaan-e-Punjab Indian Takeaway, a takeaway at Ground Floor Shop, 227a Beaconsfield Road, Southall, Middlesex was given the score after assessment on June 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Ealing's 248 takeaways with ratings, 119 (48%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
