Hanwell Pizza, a takeaway at 176b Uxbridge Road, Hanwell, London was given the score after assessment on October 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Ealing's 260 takeaways with ratings, 122 (47%) have ratings of five and just five have zero ratings.
