Acton Charcoal Grill & Royal Pizza, a takeaway at 13 High Street, Acton, London was given the score after assessment on August 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Ealing's 259 takeaways with ratings, 121 (47%) have ratings of five and just five have zero ratings.
