Ealing Spice, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 158 South Ealing Road, Ealing, London was given the score after assessment on October 10, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Ealing's 729 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 305 (42%) have ratings of five and just 12 have zero ratings.
