Milan Palace, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Rear Of, 68 The Green, Southall, Ealing was given the score after assessment on August 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Ealing's 726 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 300 (41%) have ratings of five and just 14 have zero ratings.
