Hasu, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 116 Churchfield Road, Acton, London was given the score after assessment on July 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Ealing's 719 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 290 (40%) have ratings of five and just 12 have zero ratings.
