The Grand Restaurent And Ber, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Grand Junction Arms, Western Road, Southall, Middlesex was given the minimum score after assessment on July 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Ealing's 719 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 290 (40%) have ratings of five and just 12 have zero ratings.
