Al Baladi, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 130 Churchfield Road, Acton, London was given the score after assessment on October 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Ealing's 743 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 313 (42%) have ratings of five and just 17 have zero ratings.
