The Sushi Co, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 23 New Broadway, Ealing, London was given the score after assessment on October 3, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Ealing's 742 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 313 (42%) have ratings of five and just 17 have zero ratings.
