Boof Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 57 New Broadway, Ealing, London was given the score after assessment on September 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Ealing's 731 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 304 (42%) have ratings of five and just 13 have zero ratings.
