Pepe's Piri Piri, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 59 The Mall, Ealing, London was given the score after assessment on July 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Ealing's 720 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 291 (40%) have ratings of five and just 11 have zero ratings.
