TanVan, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 17 The Green, Ealing, London was given the score after assessment on April 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Ealing's 695 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 271 (39%) have ratings of five and just 11 have zero ratings.
