Food hygiene ratings given to two Croydon takeaways

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Croydon’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Croydon’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The Jalalis, at 3 Ye Market, Selsdon Road, South Croydon was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 5.

And Peking Tasty, at 9 Ye Market, Selsdon Road, South Croydon was given a score of three on November 5.

It means that of Croydon's 329 takeaways with ratings, 146 (44%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
