A Croydon takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Rio's Piri Piri, a takeaway at 46 High Street, Croydon was given the score after assessment on November 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Croydon's 326 takeaways with ratings, 160 (49%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
