A Croydon takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Planet Kebab, a takeaway at 224 Mitcham Road, Croydon was given the score after assessment on October 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Croydon's 329 takeaways with ratings, 164 (50%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
