Taste Me, a takeaway at 130 Cherry Orchard Road, Croydon was given the score after assessment on July 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Croydon's 309 takeaways with ratings, 131 (42%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
