A Croydon takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The Original Tasty Jerk Centre, a takeaway at 88 Whitehorse Lane, South Norwood, London was given the score after assessment on June 21, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Croydon's 342 takeaways with ratings, 165 (48%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
