Uncle Lim's Kitchen, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 47 South End, Croydon was given the score after assessment on June 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Croydon's 606 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 416 (69%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
