A Croydon restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Sanderstead Tandoori, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 5 Station Parade, Sanderstead Road, South Croydon was given the score after assessment on February 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Croydon's 655 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 421 (64%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
