Ritu-Seasons Of India, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 1 Blenheim Terrace, London was given the score after assessment on September 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Westminster's 2,618 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 1,669 (64%) have ratings of five and just 13 have zero ratings.
