Taza Take Away, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 35a Queensway, London was given the score after assessment on June 16, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Westminster's 3,140 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 2,098 (67%) have ratings of five and just 12 have zero ratings.
