Marylebone Cricket Club, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Lords Cricket Ground, St John'S Wood Road, London was given the score after assessment on August 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Westminster's 2,622 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 1,662 (63%) have ratings of five and just 12 have zero ratings.
