Alhamra Gardens Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 66-70 Baker Street, London was given the score after assessment on September 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Westminster's 2,622 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 1,663 (63%) have ratings of five and just 12 have zero ratings.
