Luciano Gino D'Acampo, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 336 - 337 Strand, London was given the score after assessment on July 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Westminster's 2,626 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 1,673 (64%) have ratings of five and just nine have zero ratings.
