The Avocado Show, at Basement And Ground Floor 19 New Row, London was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 27.

And Crusting Pipe, at 27 The Market, Covent Garden, London was given a score of two on July 27.

It means that of Westminster's 3,165 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 2,124 (67%) have ratings of five and just 14 have zero ratings.
