• Rated 2: Sicily at 2a Elizabeth Street, London; rated on January 15

• Rated 1: Old Queen Street Cafe at 2-4 Old Queen Street, London; rated on January 15

• Rated 1: Rym Cafe at 147 Park Road, London; rated on January 15

It means that of Westminster's 3,149 similar establishments with ratings, 2,096 (67%) have ratings of five and just 19 have zero ratings.
