• Rated 0: Rileys - (Snooker Club And American Pool Bar) at Riley'S Snooker Club 16 Semley Place, London; rated on October 18

• Rated 0: Arang Restaurant at Basement And Ground Floor 9 Golden Square, London; rated on September 28

It means that of Westminster's 3,218 similar establishments with ratings, 2,160 (67%) have ratings of five and just 16 have zero ratings.
