• Rated 2: Caffe Nero at Basement Ground Floor And First Floor Part 83-84 Long Acre, London; rated on September 18

• Rated 2: Coco Fresh Tea And Juice at Ground Floor 52-53 Dean Street, London; rated on September 18

It means that of Westminster's 3,156 similar establishments with ratings, 2,144 (68%) have ratings of five and just 14 have zero ratings.
